Anmeldung
Bitte meldet Euch am besten über das Formular am Ende dieser Seite an. Wegen der aktuellen Rechtslage in Deutschland bezüglich Datenschutz möchten wir Euch darauf hinweisen, dass wir Euren Namen, den Verein, die Mailadresse und die gewünschte Teilnahme elektronisch speichern und in Relation zum Geldeingang setzen. Die Daten werden ausschließlich zur Organisation dieses Events erhoben und anschließend gelöscht.Über die Mailadresse möchten wir Euch:
- eine Bestätigung des Geldeinganges senden
- zur Not über wichtige Dinge informieren. Diese werden allerdings auch auf dieser Seite veröffentlicht. Regelmäßiges Nachschauen wäre also auch möglich.
Nachdem Ihr Euch angemeldet habt, senden wir Euch per Mail eine Reservierungsbestätigung (sofern die Mailadresse angegeben wurde). Ebenso senden wir eine Mail über den erfolgten Geldeingang. Erst mit dem Geldeingang wird von unserer Seite aus die Reservierung verbindlich.
Die Reihenfolge der Anmeldungen entscheidet über die Teilnahme, da nur ein begrenztes Kontingent verfügbar ist. Das gilt ebenso für die Teilnahme an der Lehrgangsparty am Samstag Abend.
Sollten Reservierungen wieder abgesagt werden, rutschen automatisch die weiteren Anmeldungen nach. Falls Ihr also eine Absage erhalten habt, würden wir Euch eine Mail schicken, sobald Ihr ins Kontingent rutscht.
Alle offiziellen Mails des Vereins, also die Anmeldebestätigung oder Hinweise, werden über die Adresse shotokan (dot) freital (at) shotokan-freital (dot) de versandt. Prüft bitte Eure Spamordner!
Zahlungsmodalitäten
- Nur Vorkasse. Es wird keine Vorort-Kasse am Einlass geben!
- Stichtag des spätesten Zahlungseinganges ist Samstag, der 10.08.2024
- Ab einem Monat vorher (Stichtag Samstag, der 10.08.2024)
- werden bei Stornierung 50% der Teilnahmegebühr erstattet. Bitte versteht, dass Party- und Shirtkosten ab diesem Zeitpunkt nicht mehr erstattet werden können.
- werden angemeldete Teilnehmer, die noch nicht bezahlt haben, aus der Anmeldeliste gestrichen.
- Ab 2 Wochen vorher (Stichtag Samstag, der 24.08.2024) werden bei Stornierung keinerlei Gebühren erstattet.

Der Preis pro Shirt beträgt pauschal 25€. Wegen der zu erwartenden Menge und der daraus folgenden Produktionszeit können wir nur Bestellungen berücksichtigen, die bis zum Samstag, den 10.08.2024 bei uns eingegangen und per Vorkasse bezahlt sind.
Die Shirts werden am Samstag früh beim Einchecken ausgegeben.

Neuigkeiten

Es gibt ab diesem Jahr eine Änderungen bezüglich Fotografieren und Videos während des Lehrganges.Das Fotografieren und das Erstellen von Videomaterial ist nur André Sensei bzw. von ihm beauftragte Teilnehmern sowie der vom Ausrichter beauftragten Person gestattet.
Ausgenommen davon sind selbstverständlich Gruppenfotos, Fotos in der Pause oder während des Nomikai am Abend.

Das Design der Seminar-Shirts steht fest.04.12.2023
Die Seminarparty am Samstagabend findet wie letztes mal im Feldschlösschen Stammhaus, Budapester Strasse 32, 01069 Dresden statt.Es wird ein reichhaltiges und leckeres Buffet geben und unser Verein wird wieder einen Teil der Essenskosten sponsoren. Auf Euch kommt eine Pauschale von 25,-€ sowie die Getränkekosten zu. Da wir das Buffet im Voraus zu zahlen haben, bitten wir um Überweisung der erwähnten 25€ bis zum Stichtag. Die Getränkekosten können dann direkt vor Ort bezahlt werden.

Bertel Sensei was the longtime personal student of Tetsuhiko Asai Sensei (1935-2006), who unfortunately died much too early, and who practiced the form of Shotokan in a very special way. This and the connection to the traditional Japanese Budo can be seen, experienced and felt by André. If you take a look at his karate, it is not surprising that he is so highly respected worldwide as a karate instructor.

Please register using the form at the bottom of this page. Because of the current legal situation in Germany regarding data protection we would like to inform you, that we store your name, the club, the e-mail address and the desired participation electronically and put it in relation to the cash transfer. This data will be collected exclusively for the organization of this event and then deleted.We would like to send you using the e-mail address:
- about the confirmation of the receipt of money
- about important updates regarding this event. The updates will also be published on this page. Regular polling to this site would also be possible.
After you have registered, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail (if the e-mail address has been given). We will also send you an e-mail about the receipt of the money. The receipt of the money makes the reservation binding on our part.
The order of the registrations decides on the participation, because only a limited contingent is available. This also applies to the participation to the seminar party on saturday evening.
Should reservations be canceled by you, the further registrations will automatically pushed up. If you received a cancellation from us, because all places are booked, we will send you an e-mail if a place becomes available for you.

- Pre-cash transfer only. There will be no possibility for local pay at the entrance!

- 50% of the participant costs will be refunded in case of cancellation. Please understand that party and shirt costs can not be refund from this date.
- registered participants who have not yet paid will be removed from the registration list.
- Starting 2 weeks before (Deadline 24.08.2024 - Saturday) no fees will be refunded in case of cancellation.

The price per shirt is 25€. Because of the expected amount and the resulting production time we can only consider orders that have been received by Saturday - 10.08.2024 and were paid in advance.
The shirts are issued at check-in on Saturday morning.

From this year there will be changes regarding photography and videos during the course.Only André Sensei or participants engaged by him and the person engaged by the organizer are permitted to take photographs and create video material.
Excepted from this are of course group photos, photos during the break or during the Nomikai in the evening.

The design of the seminar shirts has been decided.04.12.2023
The seminar party on Saturday evening takes place (like last time) in Feldschlösschen Stammhaus, Budapester Strasse 32, 01069 Dresden.There will be a rich and delicious buffet and our club will sponsor a part of the food costs. You have to pay a flat rate of 25,- € and the beverage costs too. Since we have to pay the buffet in advance, we ask for transfer of the mentioned 25€ until the deadline. The drinks costs can then be paid directly inside the location.
